On changes in the composition of the Council

The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) declares that it has received a notice of Member of the Council Larisa Artemenko on relinquishing the position of the Member of a Council at her own will.

Larisa Artemenko has informed that she relinquishes the position of the Member of the Council due to the grounds of ill health.

A Council of the Company in a new composition will be elected in accordance with the requirements of normative acts and the Articles of Association of the Company.
