Changes - A coupon payment on October 28, 2020
Taking into account the still relevant, growing number of COVID-19 cases in Europe and Latvia, possible stricter epidemiological safety measures that may significantly affect production processes, it was decided not to pay the planned coupon payment on October 28, 2020, based on paragraph 5.8 of the Prospectus, as the disbursement of the payment could burden the cash flow of the company in the future.
It was decided:
1. Not to pay the coupon payment on 28 October 2020;
2. As of 28 October 2020, to increase the nominal value of one bond to 1991.64 EUR. Kaspars Kazāks
