On the AS SAKRET HOLDINGS noteholders’ meeting

The Company hereby informs that Primus Legal Ltd., registration no. 40103596993, performing the duties and functions of a collateral agent with regards to the issue of the Company's notes in the amount of EU 3,790,000, convenes a meeting of the Company's noteholders, the agenda of which includes an invitation to the Company's noteholders to give consent to the issues included in the notice of the Collateral Agent attached to this statement.
