On the noteholders’ voting results of JSC SAKRET HOLDINGS

The Company hereby informs about the completion of the noteholders’ voting procedure of the Company's notes issue of August 8, 2019 in the amount of EUR 3,790,000 (ISIN: LV0000870038), organized in accordance with the Collateral agent SIA Primus Legal, registration No.40103596993, notice of 25th May 2020, with regards to an opinion on the registration of a new commercial pledge in favor of JSC “Finanšu attīstības institūcija Altum” on the entire property of the Company's subsidiary SIA “Sakret”. The voting results of the Company's noteholders’ meeting is annexed to this notice.
