Iceland Seafood announced on November 7th it had agreed on heads of terms to acquire Elba S.L. in Spain. Today on November 13th a share purchase agreeement has been signed with GPG Seafood ehf and IceMar ehf on the acquisition. Iceland Seafood is acquiring Elba Seafood ehf, a single pupose vehicle that owns 100% of Elba S.L. All terms of the acquisition remains as previously announced and the acquisition is subject to customary conditions such as satisfactory Due Diligence review and board approval.
