Changes in important dates

AS Baltika announces of the changes in the terms of the public share emission approved by the annual general meeting held on April 12, 2019. The beginning of the offering period will be postponed by one day due to the postponement of the approval of the public offering prospectus. The subscription of the shares starts on July 16 at 10:00 and ends on August 7, 2019 at 14:00.
