On Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS

Riga, 2019-07-10 15:23 CEST -- On July 9, 2019, the changes regarding dismissal of the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS were registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia based on notification of resignation received from the Members of the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS Pāvels Rebenoks, Kristaps Stepanovs, Inese Kublicka, Renārs Degro, Artūrs Šnoriņš.

On June 19, the Supervisory Board was elected by the Shareholder's Meeting to operate until the Ministry of Economics would complete the tender procedure and elect new members of the Supervisory Board. At the moment, the Ministry of Economics has initiated a procedure for selection of new Supervisory Board members in order to appoint the new Supervisory Board in accordance with legal regulations and good corporate governance practice as soon as possible.
