Construction contract (Tiskreoja apartment buildings)Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Tiskreoja OÜ, an Invego Group company for the design and construction of the Tiskreoja apartment district at the western outskirts of Tallinn. During the project, 17 apartment houses and 3 terraced houses with over 400 apartments together with the full-service infrastructure, landscaping and outdoor sporting facilities will be built. Two apartment houses at a time will be constructed. The value of the contract is 32.1 million euros plus value added tax. The planned construction period of the whole project is up to 4 years.
