Court approves the application of AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA and initiates legal protection proceedings case Vidzeme District Court has on 18 June 2019 adopted a decision approving AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (hereinafter – the “Company”) application for legal protection proceedings commencement and has initiated Company’s legal protection proceedings case. The court has set deadline for preparation of legal protection proceedings plan and its coordination with creditors by 19 August 2019. The court’s decision is final.
