Construction contract (TalTech research and study building)
Nordecon AS and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) signed a contract for the reconstruction and extension of the university’s research and study building Mäepealse 3, Tallinn. The street side of the current building will be demolished first and replaced with a new and larger building volume, and the yard-side testing laboratory will be reconstructed. The building will have three on the ground floors and one underground floor, and it is partitioned with a single-storey part on the courtyard-side. Total gross area of the building is 4,068 sqm. Also, there will be a parking lot and a light traffic road with outdoor lighting built on the property.
The cost of the work is 5.688 million Euros, plus VAT. The planned construction will begin in June 2019 and will be completed by the end of May 2020.
