Changes in the Supervisor board of Silvano Fashion Group

As of the filing of the petition, from 3 May 2019, Ants Susi left the Supervisory Board of Silvano Fashion Group AS.

In connection with the decision of the shareholders meeting on May 3, 2019 Triin Nellis was elected to the Supervisory Board of Silvano Fashion Group.

Triin Nellis has been a Selecta Resources consultant for the past years.

Triin Nellis does not own any shares of Silvano Fashion Group at the time of election.
