Frigate AS at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2019 makes a decision on amendments to the rules for the increase of the share capital
Frigate AS extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was convened on 30 April 2019, by common consent of all shareholders on 29 April 2019 not to include at the annual general meeting of shareholders of 29 April 2019 the issue of amendments to the rules for the increase of the share capital of Frigate AS approved on 15 April 2019, but to announce a break for making a decision on this issue until 30 April 2019.
After discussion and preparation of the amendments to the rules for the increase of the share capital, Frigate AS at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2019 made decision to amend the rules for the increase of the share capital of Frigate AS approved on 15 April 2019.
Frigate AS rules for the increase of the share capital, approved by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 15 April 2019 and amended by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2019, are available in the attachment (in Latvian).
