About audited annual report of the year 2018 publication term

Dubeni, Grobina parish, Grobina district, LV-3438, Latvia, 2019-04-30 14:42 CEST -- JSC "Grobina" operations exceeds two of the Annual Reports Law Article 24, second part mentioned criteria, as result in accordance with the Annual Report Laws’ first chapter of Article 66. JSC "Grobina", not later than until 31st of July 2019, must submit to the State Revenue Service audited annual report of year 2018, together with the sworn auditor's report and an explanation, when the report is approved. In view of this and the limited resources of the company, JSC "Grobina" board hereby informs that audited annual report of the year 2018 will be published until 31st of July 2019.
