Extension of the powers of a Member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus and appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to extend the powers of a Member of the Management Board of the company, Mr. Tõnu Toomik, starting from 6 June 2019 for the next three years. The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus will continue with two members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman) and Mr. Tõnu Toomik.

According to a decision of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus, Mr. Martin Rebane was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, starting from 30 April 2019. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik, Mr. Teet Roopalu and Mr. Martin Rebane. According to the articles of association of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, a Member of the Supervisory Board is appointed for three years.
