Changes in the management board of AS TKM King, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS

Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS is bringing the retail chains specialised in certain types of goods under the same management team. This change pertains to the subsidiaries AS TKM King, OÜ TKM Beauty, and OÜ TKM Beauty Eesti. In this regard, Anne-Liis Ostov will assume the position of CEO and member of the management board of AS TKM King, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS that operates the retail chains ABC King and SHU, as of 4 April 2019. The authorisation of Tiit Mägi, current member of the management board of AS TKM King, will expire on 1 May 2019 due the end of the term of authorisation. Tiit Mägi will leave Tallinna Kaubamaja Group.

Anne-Liis Ostov will continue as the CEO and member of the management board of OÜ TKM Beauty and OÜ TKM Beauty Eesti, subsidiaries of the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. Anne-Liis Ostov has worked in various positions at the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group since 2004 and has been the CEO of OÜ TKM Beauty and OÜ TKM Beauty Eesti since 2014. Anne-Liis Ostov does not own any shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS.
