Adding watch notation to Baltika sharesTallinn, Estonia, 2019-03-21 13:00 CET --
Nasdaq Tallinn decided to add the observation status to the shares of Baltika AS (BLT1T, ISIN code: EE3100003609) starting from today, March 21, 2019, based on the clause 3.5.4.8 of chapter Supervision of the rules and regulations (Supervision Rules).
AS Baltika’s total equity no longer complies with the requirement set out in the Commercial Code.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert market participants.
