Regarding the price-setting for electricity distribution price caps for 2019 Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – The Company), identification code 304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023.
On 17 October, 2018 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter – Commission) established electricity distribution price caps for 2019:
• in medium - voltage networks 0,862 EUR ct/kWh,
• in low - voltage networks 1,871 EUR ct/kWh.
The main influence on changes in the electricity distribution price caps is due to the planned compensation cost of servitudes * and increased electricity price for the purchase of electricity for technological losses.
Currently electricity distribution price cap in medium-voltage networks is 0,798 EUR ct/kWh, in low-voltage networks – 1,716 EUR ct/kWh.
Based on the set electricity distribution price cap, the Board of the Company will decide on the mentioned specific services prices for the year of 2019.

* Compensation cost of servitudes is planned acoording to On 1 November 2017, amendments to the Law on Energy of the Republic of Lithuania. The amendments set forth compensation for servitudes established for the construction of electricity networks in land not owned by the operator. The Energy Law provides that the construction of electricity transmission and distribution networks or other types of electricity installations will be subject to the payment of one-off compensation of damages related with the establishment of statutory servitudes (which came into effect by 10 July 2004). |
