Decision Adopted by Competition Council
The Competition Council has adopted the decision to impose a fine in the amount of 8,513,500 Euros on Panevezio statybos trestas AB for agreements with Irdaiva UAB at public procurement tenders by concluding joint activity agreements in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania.
Panevezio statybos trestas AB objects to the decision of the Competition Council and has not committed any breach of legal regulations on competition. The company will defend this position using all means of legal defence at the court.
