Notice of a supplement to the Admiral Markets AS prospectus

Tallinn, Estonia, 2017-12-19 11:00 CET --

Admiral Markets AS has created a supplement to the prospectus for the public offering and listing of Admiral Markets AS bonds, which is registered by the Financial Supervision Authority on 18.12.2017.

Guided by the unaudited 9 month report of Admiral Markets AS, there has been substantial changes in the company´s balance sheet and profit.

The 9 month net trading income of Admiral Markets AS was €15.2m, exceeding the 2016 same period net trading income by more than €3.7m. The 9 month profit of the company was €5.3m (€2.1m in the 9 month period of 2016).

The supplement of the prospectus corrects the mistake in the Russian translation of the summary of the prospectus, where the maturity date of the bonds is wrongfully marked as 28.12.2017. The accurate maturity date of the prospectus is 28.12.2027.

Regarding the supplement of the prospectus, necessary changes have been made to the summary of the Prospectus and their corresponding translations.

The listing and admission to trading of the subordinated bonds

On 07.12.2017, Admiral Markets AS applied for listing and admission to trading of the bonds on a regulated marked – the Baltic Bond List of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.

Although Admiral Markets AS intends to do everything in its power to have the bonds listed and admitted to trading on a regulated market, Admiral Markets AS cannot provide any assurance that the Bonds are listed and admitted to trading on the proposed regulated market.

Any decision to invest in the bonds should be based on consideration of the prospectus of the public offering and listing of Admiral Markets AS subordinated bonds, and its supplement, as a whole.

The prospectus for the public offering and listing of Admiral Markets AS bonds, and the supplement of the prospectus, is available on the issuer’s webpage https://admiralmarketsgroup.com/et/bonds/ and on the webpage of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority https://www.fi.ee/index.php?id=21975. In addition, the prospectus and the supplement of the prospectus will be made available through the information system of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
