REGARDING A COURT JUDGMENT BY WHICH THE SUIT OF THE INVESTORS ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN DISMISSED

In response to information published by the Investors Association through public means of communication Žemaitijos pienas, AB confirms that on 02 October 2017 Telsiai District Court adopted the judgment, by which the suit on a resolution of a general shareholders’ meeting to allocate bonus to members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Boards of the company lodged by Vytautas Plunksnis and the Investors Association was dismissed.

This court judgment is not final. Persons participating in the case are entitled to appeal against the judgment within 30 days after adoption in accordance with the procedure established by laws.
