Announcement related to supervisory board and management board developments
The extraordinary meeting of shareholders of AS Linda Nektar held on 07.09.2017 decided to appoint Mats Arne Andersson as an additional supervisory board member. Mats Arne Andersson, a Swedish national, has long experience in the beverage industry and has worked for companies such as Pripps Breweries as marketing director for soft drinks and mineral water, Procordia Beverages as MD for the company in the group dealing with fruit juices, still drinks and cider, V&S Vin & Sprit/ ABSOLUT Vodka AB as Global head of business development, M&A, new business etc. and finally as MD for Henkell Group in the Nordic countries.
The Supervisory Board of AS Linda Nektar has decided to extend the Management Board member´s authorities of the Company´s Management Board member Kadri Rauba for the next 3-year term, i.e until 07.09.2020.
AS Linda Nektar is an Estonian-based beverage company with origins in the 1940s. The company is providing fermented beverages for the drinks industry focusing on unpacked fruit wines under a Business-to-Business model. The company’s production facility is located in a logistically favourable position relative to the Baltic and Northern European markets. Extensive R&D efforts have led to breakthroughs in the field of aroma stripping and recovery and this, along with the planned geographical expansion, will be the key focal points in the coming years.
The shares of Linda Nektar are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
