Audited consolidated financial statements of SIA VIA SMS Group for year 2016

During the period from January 1, 2016 till December 31, 2016, VIA SMS Group has closed the reporting period with a net turnover of EUR 16 545 403 and increase of it of 22% in comparison with the same period in 2015. The largest net turnover growth is reached in Spain, where the net turnover has increased more than four times, however the net turnover in Sweden has increased by 38% and in Czech Republic - by 29% comparing to December 31 of 2015. In 2016 VIA SMS Group has reached EBITDA of EUR 2 993 324, ensuring the net profit of EUR 1 109 449.

The net loan portfolio of VIA SMS Group as per December 31, 2016 is EUR 14 669 170, which is 39% more than net loan portfolio as per December 31, 2015. The largest net portfolio increase was reached in Spain, where net loan portfolio has increased more than three times, in Sweden - more than two times and in Latvia - by 35%.

Since the 2009 VIA SMS Group core activity has been providing consumer lending services for private individuals. The company has been operating under several brands - VIA SMS, SAVA.card, VIAKREDIT, VIA CONTO - and is offering consumer loans with a maturity term up to 12 months in Latvia, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden and Spain. VIA SMS Group has more than  750 000 registered clients and total amount of issued loans has reached 74.4 million EUR within a year 2016.

VIA SMS Group company ViaSpar operating in Sweden was authorised to attract deposits up to SEK 50 000 in Swedish market.

At the end of 2016 VIA SMS Group launched new company - VIAINVEST that is peer-to-peer lending platform offering private individuals and legal entities to invest in loans originated by VIA SMS Group companies.
