Resumption of trading in AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares and flushing of the order book of AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares
Nasdaq Riga decided on September 2, 2016 to resume trading in AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares (GZE1R, ISIN code: LV0000100899) with the start of September 5, 2016 trading session.
Additionally, considering that Good Till Cancelled (GTC) orders which were entered in AS „Latvijas Gāze" order book before the subscription period for AS "Conexus Baltic Grid" shares ended, might be executed for a price that differs from the current market price and might not reflect the real market value of AS “Latvijas Gāze” shares, Nasdaq Riga decided to flush the order book of AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares before the trading resumption on September 5, 2016.
Trading in AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares was suspended taking into account the application made by the company where Nasdaq Riga was asked to suspend the trading during September 1 and 2, 2016.
AS „Latvijas Gāze” has submitted the decisions of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on September 2, 2016.
