Trading in Dvarčionių keramika AB shares will be suspended

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-08-02 13:32 CEST -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Dvarčionių keramika AB shares (DKR1L, ISIN code LT0000122319) from 08-08-2016 (inclusive).

The trading will be suspended following the provision of item 16.3 of the Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules (“The court initiated bankruptcy”).

By the decision of Regional Court of Vilnius dated 27th July 2016 the bankruptcy proceedings of Dvarčionių keramika AB were initiated. The decision comes into force 10 days after its adoption.
