Registration of SIA VIA SMS Group bond issue prospect
Financial and Capital market commission on 06/07/2016 has decided to register SIA VIA SMS Group bond issue prospect.
Total amount of isued bonds according to nominal value are 6 300 000 euro (six million three hundred euro), which consist of 6 300 bonds, nominal value of the one bond is 1 000 euro (one thousand euro), cupon rate per annum is 12.5%, maturity date 25/05/2019, cupon payment frequency – quaterly, repayment of principal amount is at the end of of the term. Issue of bonds are made to refinance previous issue of bonds.
It is planned to include SIA VIA SMS Group issued bonds into JSC “Nasdaq Riga’ Baltic bond list.
