Delisting of AS "Trasta komercbanka" bonds from Baltic Bond list
Nasdaq Riga decided on March 14, 2016 to delist AS “Trasta komercbanka” bonds (Ticker: TRB065021A, ISIN: LV0000801587) from the Baltic Bond List. The last trading day of AS “Trasta komercbanka” bonds is set on March 15, 2016.
With the court approval of liquidation AS "Trasta komercbanka" bonds no longer correspond to Article 4.1.4 of Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules, which stipulates that issuer’s economic activity, including legal and economic standing, has to be such that does not threaten the interests of the investors.
