Voting results to the Bondholders’ waivers under the terms of SIA Acme Corporation Bonds Prospectus and the Bondholders’ approval of the proposed amendments to the Prospectus

Riga, 2015-12-14 16:29 CET -- SIA “Acme Corporation” requested consent of the bondholders publishing on 27 November 2015 the Application for the Bondholders’ waiver under the terms of Prospectus and the Bondholders’ approval of the proposed amendments to the Prospectus on the website of the central storage of regulated information - www.oricgs.lv and on the website of “Nasdaq Riga” - www.nasdaqbaltic.com.

The Bondholders have voted on the contemplated transactions and proposed amendments to the Prospectus according to the procedure described in the Application.
