AS Baltic Technology Ventures will hold Investor Conference Webinar about the SPO

AS “Baltic Technology Ventures” invites investors, mass media representatives and other stakeholders to attend a webinar scheduled on January 26, 2021 at 10 AM (EET). Please note that attendees have to register for the webinar in advance – detailed information on the registration process is available below.

The webinar will be led by member of Baltic Technology Ventures mangement board Gene Zolotarev. Attendees will be informed about details of the secondary public offering. The webinar will be held in English.

On December 4, 2021 AS “Baltic Technology Ventures” announced decision of its shareholders to approve the offering of 2,500,000 new shares at € 0.4 per share on Nasdaq Baltic First North. More information on the SPO: http://bit.ly/34deCEg
