The new Chairman of the Management Board of Mainor Ülemiste AS is Ursel Velve
On 12th of February, Ursel Velve will become the Chairman of the Management Board of Mainor Ülemiste AS.
Velve, who holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Liverpool, has been performing the duties of a Member of the Management Board of Mainor Ülemiste since 2015. She began working in the position of Development Manager in 2017, and in 2019 assumed the position of Chief Innovation Officer for Ülemiste City. Ursel Velve came to Mainor from Samsung Electronics, where she worked as the Country Manager of Estonia.
Also joining the Management Board is Teet Raudsep. He has served as the Head of Customer Experience for Mainor Ülemiste since 2018, prior to that acting as the Sales Manager in the same department.
Prior to that, Raudsep performed a number of different roles at the international telecommunications company Telefonica International. He is an alumnus of Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences and is studying for a Master’s degree in IT in the University of Tartu.
The Management Board of Mainor Ülemiste will continue from 12th of February with three members – Ursel Velve, Teet Raudsep and Rein Suurväli. The authority of Margus Nõlvak, the current head of the company, expires on 11th of February.
Mainor Ülemiste is a subsidiary of Mainor AS, whose principal activity is the development of Ülemiste City, the largest business campus in the Baltics. A total of 150,000 square metres of rentable office space has been built on the campus’ 36 hectares. It is home to nearly 500 companies, and a work, study and living environment for more than 12,000 people.
Ülemiste City is being developed by Mainor AS, Mainor Ülemiste AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS.
